1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dogstairs.com.au and submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Products

Dogstairs Australia manufactures and sells custom dog stairs for vehicles. All products are made to order and custom-fitted to your specific vehicle model. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Enquiries and Orders

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once:

• You have received a formal quote from us
• You have accepted the quote in writing or verbally
• A 50% deposit has been received by Dogstairs Australia

Once a deposit is received, manufacturing begins immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin manufacturing your custom stairs. The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery or installation. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our stairs are custom-manufactured for your specific vehicle, deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced. If you need to cancel before manufacturing begins, please contact us immediately at woof@dogstairs.com.au.

If a product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Delivery and Installation

Lead times will be communicated at the time of your quote. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Dogstairs Australia is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty

Our stairs are load-rated to 70kg+ and tested to 15,000 quality cycles. We stand behind our products. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 12 months of delivery, contact us and we will make it right.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dogstairs Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
